Practices:
Mondays: 6:30-8:30 (8 & unders 6:30-7:30)
Wednesdays: 6:30-8:30 (8 & unders 6:30-7:30)
Fridays: 6:00-7:15
Important Notes:
- It is imperative that you attend practices in order to optimize your chances of reaching your goals and successes.
- Beginner swimmers (8 and Under) should only practice the first hour unless prior arrangements have been made with the coaching staff.
- Be on time.
- EVERYONE helps with lane lines!
All practices will be held at Horseheads High School.
When school is cancelled (or all after school activities due to weather), so too will practice.
