Junior Group:

• Mon, Wed 6:30-7:30

Both Groups:

• Fri 6-7:15

Both Groups will be in the pool on Fridays, 6-7:15

Important Notes:

-  It is imperative that you attend practices in order to optimize your chances of reaching your goals and successes.

- Be on time.  We get in at the times specified, don’t show up to the pool at that time.

- EVERYONE helps with lane lines!

All practices will be held at Horseheads High School.

When school is cancelled (or all after school activities due to weather), so too will practice. This mainly applies to the Winter.
